About the event
This FREE hour-long grounding exercise is designed to give survivors a designated space for peace, quiet, and re-connection with your mind and body. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of a sound bath and clear your mind. This experience is intended to help you open your heart, deepen your connection with yourself, and release deep feelings.
Registration is limited to 12 participants per session, so make sure you register early and at least 24 hours prior to the event.
Participants will be sitting on the floor during the exercise. Blankets are provided for you to sit on or you are welcome to bring your own mat or cushion. *Chairs are available for those who cannot sit on the floor.
