Women's Mind & Body Connection

Kristina is a Blue Morpho Academy certified sacred plant medicine coach, trip sitter, integration specialist and Ceremonialist.

Kristina is also the Emerald Coast's expert in Ceremonial Cacao.

This experience is intended to help participants open their hearts and deepen their connection with themselves. Our Ceremonial Cacao and/or tea offering is often accompanied by a sound journey, where soothing music, drumming, or other instruments help facilitate the overall sense of peace, presence and transformation.

What to bring: Floor pillow, blanket, or yoga mat. Chairs will be available for participants who cannot sit on the floor.
